Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel rooms were very nice, comfortable, and large, which was very spacious after a one day trip. There was a bit of an odd odor initially, but it wasn't a big deal once we aired it out. The service was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, making us feel at home with all the knick-knacks and signage decorating the lobby, breakfast area, and rooms. The location was perfect for catching the free trolley to the fisherman's wharf and aquarium, and it was near main roads for convenience. The dining experience was really basic, so don't expect miracles, but it had some favorite breakfast items. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely keep this hotel in mind for the future.
My stay at HYATT Union Square was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are clean and modern, and having a refrigerator was convenient. However, the price seemed to fluctuate inexplicably before our arrival, causing confusion. Overall, it was not the best hotel experience during our road trip in California this summer.
The hotel is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, offering a serene stay with ample parking and just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are charming, named after lovely photographs, although the air conditioning might need a boost. The service is top-notch, with staff going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The dining experience, while offering a variety of options, may not be everyone's cup of tea. Overall, a comfortable and family-friendly hotel with a great location.
The Stagecoach Lodge is a welcoming place that left me impressed with its super clean rooms. The comfort of the beds and the inviting atmosphere created by the wall colors made me feel right at home. While the breakfast options were somewhat limited with a broken juice machine and thin coffee, the staff's friendliness and willingness to assist surpassed any shortcomings. I was disappointed by the absence of HBO as advertised in the room, but overall, I would happily return.
This motel was just what I needed for a quick stopover in town. The room had a warm atmosphere and convenient amenities like a fridge, microwave, and tea & coffee making facilities. The service was extremely helpful, and the staff made me feel right at home with their friendly and caring attitude. The location was superb, just minutes away from key attractions like Fisherman's Wharf and The Presidio, in a safe and beautiful area. The dining options were satisfactory with a decent continental breakfast. The overall experience offered great value for money.
The hotel offers a good size room with a comfortable bed, free parking, and even liquid body wash in addition to shampoo and conditioner. However, there were some drawbacks like a room feeling somewhat like a basement, a broken juice machine, and thin coffee with just sweets for breakfast. Yet, there were no efforts made to address any concerns of an unhappy customer.
